For larger commercial sites with integrated security systems, we can set up a maintenance contract to meet your particular requirements with 24-hour security for all your newly installed equipment as well as your existing systems. We have nearly 30 years’ experience in the security systems industry so we have the experience and expertise to offer a service that is second to none.

All of our customers with a communicated security system are offered our standard maintenance contract, which provides 24-hour cover with an 'on-call' engineer available 365 days a year. One of our highly trained service engineers will carry out a preventative service twice yearly on your communicated security system. All our engineers are security vetted and all administrative and engineering procedures are in accordance with NACOSS/ISO 9001:2000 requirements so you know you can rely on our team. Note: A valid/current contract is required for police response to be maintained on the system.
'Local Audible' Systems
We offer a standard maintenance contract on all our local audible security systems. The contract gives 24-hour cover, 365 days a year and includes an annual maintenance service, where you will be issued with a copy of the Preventative Maintenance Record, as proof for your insurance company that the system is fully functioning.
For all intruder alarm systems under maintenance contract, we are bound by contract to guarantee a response time within 4 hours, for all 'emergency' calls and we pride ourselves on our fast response time.
